Effective Monday 10 August 2009, first level support for
the Student Administration Mananagement System (SAMS) will
move from RM Asia Pacific to the SAMS Team. Schools are to
ring the SAMS Help Desk on 8999 3531 for all inquiries and
any assistance with SAMS. Schools that ring the RM Help Desk
will be forwarded to the SAMS Team.

Training
SAMS training is needs based and delivered in a variety of
ways:
- Courses at a central location
- On-site training at your school
- Remote training delivery via computer connection and phone
