Welcome to ntschools DePass,
an online system that provides NT Schools users with a electronic
identity that is used to access all ICT systems (except SAMS).
The identity created in ntschools DePass
stays with the user throughout their time in the ntschools
environment.
The key elements of DePass are:
Single ID and Password
The user id and password recorded in DePass is used to access
all ntschools ICT systems except SAMS. Passwords can be changed
in either DePass or Windows
and will be synchronised between the two.
Self Service
Any user can go to the ntschools DePass site epass.ntschools.net
to request a new or modified account however access is restricted
to computers joined to the NTSchools domain. Moves, adds and
changes done in DePass will be automatically actioned with
an email confirmation.
Contact Details
The preferred name, email address and telephone contact details
recorded in ntschools DePass will be published in the DEET
Directory for staff accounts. Staff are responsible for maintaining
their contact details.

- Change answers to authentication questions

- Move user to another school
- Enable or disable a user
